Return and Exchange Policy

Non-personalized items may be returned to Hole In The Oak if they are in their original unused condition for a refund or a credit within 15 days of receipt of the item (minus the shipping cost). We must be contacted prior to returning the item to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. 

Personalized items may be returned to Hole In The Oak only in the event that an item was received in a damaged condition or an error was made in the personalization by Hole In The Oak. Only exchanges will be given for returned personalized items - No refunds will be given. All items that qualify for a return must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the item. We must be contacted prior to returning the item to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number.  

If the personalization error was made by the customer, the item can not be returned. All sales are final on personalized items. Please check over the information and spelling of the personalization before submitting it. We do our very best to assure that our customers' orders are correct. If we suspect a spelling error or something esle questionable, we will contact you before we begin the personalization process. (This may delay your order slightly.)

Product Representation and Changes

Hole In The Oak attempts to represent the items sold on this website as closely as possible. Please note, however, that actual items may differ slightly due to manufacturing changes, as well as the variables involved in viewing digital images. Computers are not all alike and the screens may have different resolutions and system colors causing this difference. If the customer needs exact product specifications, it is his/her responsibility to contact us for clarification before ordering the product. We will be happy to assist you in any way that we can.
